The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “The Membership”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the Company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Exclusions and Limitations

Physical movement, in all of its forms and with or without the use of equipment such as blocks, straps or any other equipment that may be suggested by us, is a strenuous physical activity. Accordingly, you are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, program or using any suggested equipment, shown in one-on-one sessions, or any of the video or audio clips on the Site. The Company is not a medical organisation and we cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while participating in one-on-one sessions, viewing our videos or listening to our audios. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.
By using the Site, you represent that you understand that physical exercise may involve strenuous physical movement, and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental. You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes, courses, programs, and activities from the Company, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activity, and you will select the appropriate level of activity for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. You understand that, from time to time we may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against the Company, or any person or entity involved with the Company, including without limitation its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives.

The information contained on the Site and the resources available for download through the Site are for educational and informational purposes only. The information contained on the Site and the resources available for download through the Site is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice.
Members with a monthly subscription are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month following on the same date each month until cancelled. Members with an annual subscription are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and this will automatically renew each year until cancelled. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all our platforms related to the Membership if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. All products and materials within the Membership will always remain the property of the Company and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
The Company is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by PayPal. For Members making their monthly membership payment through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the PayPal site here. Should you cancel your membership with the Company, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is cancelled with PayPal directly to save any future payments being taken by PayPal, you can do this with PayPal here.
The Company does not accept payment in the form of cheques. Consequently, all purchases and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. No refunds will be given for change of mind but cancelling the Membership prevents your payment method being charged for renewal when the month or year ends. You'll be able to access and benefit from the Membership (including the Private Facebook Group) through the last day of your monthly or annual subscription.
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads. All sales are final.
The Company, from time-to-time, provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale separately to the Membership. By purchasing these products you are given immediate lifetime access to all the content for our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.
By ordering our Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these Terms.
No refunds are given for a Course you have ordered as you shall be immediately granted instant lifetime access to the course materials and we cannot reverse this access. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
