Whenever I feel stressed-out, overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted, I love practising this yoga reset technique called Adrenal Draining. It calms me every time.
That's because it massages and nourishes the adrenal glands; the little sacs that sit on top of the kidneys and are responsible for producing the stress hormone, cortisol. And it's so simple!
With every slow cycle of breath, you'll bring your nervous system back into balance. Sink into the support of the earth and enjoy the feeling of anxiety and stress leaving your body - ready to be transmuted and recycled.
